Three people are de@d, including a gunm@n, after he opened fire near an In-N-Out Burger in Idaho on Saturday, August 1.
The sad incident occurred at an In-N-Out Burger restaurant in southern Idaho at around 2pm local time before spilling into the parking lot and surrounding areas
The sho0ter, who was carrying an AR-style rifle, was among the de@d, Twin Falls Police Chief Matthew Hicks said in a news conference. The sho0ter’s identity and motive is not yet known.
According to the Sun, at least three people have lost their lives after the sho0ting, with at least five people injured.
In one video, filmed from inside a nearby vehicle, a man wearing a black T-shirt and blue pants is seen standing between two parked Teslas before aiming what appears to be a gun at the driver’s-side window of the blue vehicle.
Two sh0ts ring out in quick succession, with a visible muzzle flash accompanying each discharge.
The man then lowers the weapon and briskly walks away before breaking into a run across the parking lot, still carrying the firearm.
As the suspected gunman moves away, the camera abruptly drops as the person filming appears to duck for cover. A panicked voice later says, “Get down … I don’t have service.”
“We believe the threat to the community is over,” Hicks said. He added that he did not yet know exactly how many were killed or wounded, and officials were still in the process of notifying next of kin. “It was a very chaotic scene.”
The city spokesperson, Josh Palmer, told NBC News that he expects “that number (those injured) to increase.”
Lynsi Snyder, owner and president of In-N-Out Burger, declared she is “heartbroken” over the shooting that she said claimed the lives of a staff member and customers.
“My heart is broken, my chest is heavy, my eyes burn from the tears I’ve shed,” Mrs Snyder wrote on Instagram.
“We lost one of our beautiful associates tonight. She was taking care of our most important asset – our customers, and her life was taken by a disgusting human who doesn’t value the lives of others or his own.”
