Forbes Woman Africa Lifetime Achievement Award: A Milestone for African Women’s Leadership
I am deeply honored to receive the prestigious Forbes Woman Africa Lifetime Achievement Award, a recognition that highlights the incredible contributions of African women to leadership, innovation, and societal progress. My heartfelt thanks to @forbesafrica for this remarkable acknowledgment at the Forbes Africa Leading Women’s Summit. While I was unable to attend in person, this moment is even more special as it coincides with Women’s History Month, a time to celebrate the achievements and resilience of women worldwide.
This award is not just a personal milestone but a celebration of the collective efforts of African women. We stand on the shoulders of the phenomenal women who came before us, whose courage and determination paved the way. At the same time, we draw inspiration from the brilliant younger generation of women who are breaking barriers and redefining what’s possible.
