    Man convicted of r3ping and m8rdering 6-year-old girl

    A Mozambican national, Sara Pete Simiao (25) has pleaded guilty to four charges of kidnapping, r3pe, m8rder and contravention of the Immigration Act, relating to the d3ath of a six-year-old girl, Amantle Samane in Orlando East, Soweto, South Africa in October 2024. So
    The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) in a statement on Friday, August 15, 2025 said the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Local Division in Johannesburg, subsequently convicted him on all counts.
