The IDF’s Kfir Brigade has withdrawn from northern Gaza after 64 days of combat, though the 162nd Division continues operations in the area.
The brigade killed over 300 terrorists, including key figures involved in the October 7 attack, during its missions in Beit Lahiya, Beit Hanoun, and Sheikh Zayed.
It also dismantled Hamas infrastructure, destroying 7.5 kilometers of tunnels, capturing weapons, and demolishing the “officers’ neighborhood,” a major Hamas command hub.
Twelve soldiers were killed, and dozens wounded; many have returned to duty. The Kfir Brigade is now preparing for future operations in Gaza, including deployment to the Philadelphi Corridor in the south.
